How can I get my Passport photos online?
Actually it is a very simple process:

Step 1: Take a photo with your digital camera: No need for fancy high resolution cameras! Set your camera to no more than 4MP mode and take few pictures of the person you need photos for. Don't worry about the extensive Passport photo dimensions, specifications and other requirements.
Just make sure that (i) photos are taken against white or white-like *plain* background, (ii) head and shoulders are facing straight to camera lens, (iii) have neutral facial expressions (with mouth closed) and (iv) at least around 9 to 12 inches of body below chin is included in the photo.
